Making the bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers in the air fryer

  1. First, mix the cheeses for the filling and add in the chives. Then split the peppers and remove the stems and seeds.
  2. Now, spoon the filling into the split jalapenos. Make sure it’s smooth across the top. You can’t have a heap of filling over the edges due to the next step.
  3. Wrap a piece of bacon around each jalapeno popper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
  5. Place the poppers in the preheated air fryer for 14 minutes. Around the 12 minutes mark start to keep a check on them. Do not crowd them because you will not flip them, and the air will need to circulate around the poppers to cook the bacon on the bottom.
  6. Once the bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers are finished let them cool a bit. Be careful because the outside will cool and the inside filling will still be extremely hot.
