Helpful tips for the best recipe

  • The thickness of the pork chops in this recipe are very important. You do not want thick pork chops because they will take too long to cook on the stove top. Look for pork chops about ½ inch thick. It doesn’t matter if it’s boneless or bone-in.
  • The pan will be hot from cooking the pork chops but make sure to lower the heat of the actual pan and not just the stove top before adding the butter.
