Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • First, pat the pork chops dry then season with salt and black pepper.
  • Now, in a frying pan on medium-high heat sear the pork chops, flipping them evenly as possible for color on both sides.
  • Right before the pork chops are done, lower the heat to medium. When they are searing a little less add in the butter, lemon, and the lemon pepper seasoning.
  • Allow the butter to melt and baste the pork chops in the mix. After a minute or two you’ll notice the butter thickens after all the water has evaporated from it. Turn off the heat.
  • Allow the pork chops to rest in the lemon butter sauce to cool for about 3 minutes then plate and serve.
