First, pat the pork chops dry then season with salt and black pepper.
Now, in a frying pan on medium-high heat sear the pork chops, flipping them evenly as possible for color on both sides.
Right before the pork chops are done, lower the heat to medium. When they are searing a little less add in the butter, lemon, and the lemon pepper seasoning.
Allow the butter to melt and baste the pork chops in the mix. After a minute or two you’ll notice the butter thickens after all the water has evaporated from it. Turn off the heat.
Allow the pork chops to rest in the lemon butter sauce to cool for about 3 minutes then plate and serve.
