How To Make Herb Crusted Salmon
Ingredients needed
- Salmon fillets
- Plain Japanese panko
- Grated parmesan
- Butter
- Parsely
- Dill
- Dried herbs & spices (listed below)
Baking the herb crusted salmon in the oven
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Next, chop up all the herbs finely. Then, mix together all the ingredients for the crust. Allow the mix to sit a little and allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the butter.
- Now, lightly season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Spread a little dijon mustard or mayo across the top to help the crust stick.
- Add the herb crust to the tops of the salmon fillets. You can do 2 normal salmon fillets or 3 small ones.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden.
- Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes so that the crust gets crispy then serve.
