Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Next, chop up all the herbs finely. Then, mix together all the ingredients for the crust. Allow the mix to sit a little and allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the butter.
Now, lightly season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Spread a little dijon mustard or mayo across the top to help the crust stick.
Add the herb crust to the tops of the salmon fillets. You can do 2 normal salmon fillets or 3 small ones.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden.
Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes so that the crust gets crispy then serve.
