How To Make Crockpot White Chicken Chili
Ingredients needed
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Green chilies
- Corn
- Onion
- Chicken broth
- Sour cream
- Seasonings (listed below)

Making the crockpot white chicken chili recipe
- First, add the chicken into crockpot. Then, add in the corn, green chilies, minced garlic and beans. Sprinkle the seasonings across the top then pour the chicken broth over everything. It’ll look like there isn’t enough liquid but everything will release extra water into the crockpot while cooking.
- Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours, be sure to give the veggies a stir about halfway through.
- When the time is up, remove the chicken then shred and chop it up. Add the chicken back into the crockpot the stir in the sour cream.
- Taste for salt and pepper then serve with lime and garnishing of chopped cilantro.

Ingredients
- 1.5-2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 15 ounce can of corn, drained & rinsed (sub with 1 cup frozen or fresh)
- 2 4 oz can of green chilies, drained & rinsed
- 2 15 oz can of white beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1.5 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- First, add the chicken into crockpot. Then, add in the corn, green chilies, minced garlic and beans. Sprinkle the seasonings across the top then pour the chicken broth over everything.
