How To Make Keto Brownies
- Keto brownies are easy to make and making them cookies and cream style aren’t any different. Start out bringing your cream cheese to room temperature for easy mixing.
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, beef gelatin powder, salt and sweetener in a mixing bowl.
- Next, blend cream cheese until smooth. Then add one egg at a time until creamy and smooth. Add in stevia and vanilla extract to finish off your wet ingredients.
- Spoon wet mixture into dry mixture until everything is even.
- Pour brownie bit cookies after you have smashed them and fold them in a little. Not so much the chocolate mixes with the batter. Just enough so that the cookies are blended evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes then allow to cool and enjoy!

- 1 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
- 2 tablespoon Coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon beef gelatin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (opt for butter or heavy cream)
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia or liquid monk fruit
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 bag crushed HighKey brownie bites
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bring cream cheese to room temperature
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, beef gelatin powder, salt and granulated sweetener
- Cream cream cheese then add in one egg at a time making sure mix is smooth before adding the next egg. Then add in stevia/monk fruit and vanilla extract
- Coarsely crush up a bag of HighKey snacks brownie bits then easily fold them into the batter. Not so rough and long that the batter and chocolate mix.
- Place in preheated oven for 20-25 then allow to cool
