Preheat oven to 350°F and bring cream cheese to room temperature
Combine almond flour, coconut flour, beef gelatin powder, salt and granulated sweetener
Cream cream cheese then add in one egg at a time making sure mix is smooth before adding the next egg. Then add in stevia/monk fruit and vanilla extract
Coarsely crush up a bag of HighKey snacks brownie bits then easily fold them into the batter. Not so rough and long that the batter and chocolate mix.
Place in preheated oven for 20-25 then allow to cool
