Ingredients needed
- Tortilla chips
- Chorizo or ground sausage
- Mexican shredded cheese
- Pickled jalapeños
- Roma tomatoes

More than anything for the recipe you’ll need an idea of the cook time. Nachos are one of those things that are super customizable. Maybe you only need to top the nachos off with a velveeta cheese dip or maybe a chili dip for something a little spicer.

Making nachos in the air fryer
- First, cook the chorizo or sausage on the stove top before starting the air fryer. Then, prep all of the other ingredients.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
- Now, once preheated add in the nachos in the bottom. Next start adding all of the toppings including the cooked meat. Alternate the ingredients while adding in the cheese so all the cheese is not sitting at the very top of the nachos.
- Cook the nachos for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Lastly, once done you can eat the nachos from the air fryer basket or dump them onto a plate to serve.

- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
