Making the chicken cutlets in the air fryer

  1. To start, set up three stations for breading. A flour, egg wash and breadcrumb station then remove the chicken from the packaging.
  2. Flour the chicken first, then into the egg wash and lastly coat with the breadcrumbs. Place the breaded chicken to the side and allow the egg wash to absorb into the breadcrumbs.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
  4. Before adding the chicken to the air fryer basket, spray it with the cooking oil spray. Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes flipping it halfway through. Note, if your chicken is thicker, you’ll need to add more cooking time.
  5. Once chicken is done serve immediately. If you allow it to cool too much you’ll lose the crispiness of the crust.
