Ingredients

Meatball

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 medium yellow onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon all spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • First, mix all the ingredients for the meatballs together. Then, cover and sat in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400℉
  • After the time, form the meatballs by hand then bake them for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • While the meatballs are baking make the sauce when the meatballs have about 5 minutes left.
  • In a pan on medium heat add the butter. Once the butter has melted mix in the flour. Allow it to bubble a bit to cook the rawness out.
  • Now, pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Allow the mix to come to a very light simmer while mixing until thickened. Turn the stove off. Season the meatballs with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the sauce is simmering the meatballs should be done or close. Before serving combine the meatballs with the sauce.
