Ingredients

  • 8 ounces turkey chopped
  • 6 ounce stuffing 1 box of Stove-Top stuffing
  • 1 rib celery minced
  • 1/2 cup peas & carrots frozen
  • 10 ounce cream of chicken
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • First, remove the frozen veggies from the freezer because they need to be thawed before cooking. Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Next, chop the turkey up well and remove any skin.
  • If you have leftover stuffing great but if not cook the stove top according to the package instructions.
  • Now, mince the celery. In a small bowl combine the cream of mushroom, sour cream and chicken broth.
  • You'll need a 9x9 baking dish. Combine all the ingredients in baking dish then bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Lastly, allow to cool before serving.
