Ingredients

  • 1 pound leftover turkey, chopped
  • 6 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 2 ribs celery, minced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • First, you want to chop up the turkey into small pieces. You can leave the skin if you'd like.
  • Next, in a small bowl whip together the ingredients for the salad dressing. Then, mince the celery.
  • Now, combine the dressing, celery, relish and the chopped turkey. Mix well, everything should be creamy. If it looks dry you may need more mayo.
  • Lastly, taste for salt and pepper. The salad is best after it has refrigerated for a few hours or overnight. Store in a sealed container and it'll last for a few days.
