Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ingredients for the meatballs. Mix everything together to the point where everything is combined, avoid over-mixing.
  • Cover the bowl then place the meatballs in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Remove the bowl then form the meatballs. About the size of a golfball is perfect.
  • Now, you can sear one or two sides of them on the stove top in a hot pan with oil then transfer them to the oven to finish cooking. This will add an extra layer of flavor. Or, you can form the meatballs, place them on a sheet pan and bake them.
  • Bake them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. If you seared them this time will be a few minutes shorter, like 12-15 minutes.
  • Lastly, remove the cooked meatballs from the oven then serve. They cool very quickly.
