In a large bowl, combine the ingredients for the meatballs. Mix everything together to the point where everything is combined, avoid over-mixing.
Cover the bowl then place the meatballs in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Remove the bowl then form the meatballs. About the size of a golfball is perfect.
Now, you can sear one or two sides of them on the stove top in a hot pan with oil then transfer them to the oven to finish cooking. This will add an extra layer of flavor. Or, you can form the meatballs, place them on a sheet pan and bake them.
Bake them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. If you seared them this time will be a few minutes shorter, like 12-15 minutes.
Lastly, remove the cooked meatballs from the oven then serve. They cool very quickly.
