Strawberry earthquake cake is a delicious and simple cake just in time for the warm weather. A cake mixed with chocolate chips and sweet cream cheese dollops.
1.5cuppowdered sugar(up to 3 cups depending on personal sweet tooth)
1cupwhite chocolate chips
1/2pintstrawberries, sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Next, combine the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
In a separate bowl, make the strawberry cake according to the instructions on the package.
Pour the cake batter into the pan. Then drop dollops of the cream cheese all over the cake followed by sprinkling the chocolate chips as well.
Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the center is fully cooked.
Allow the cake to fully cool. Serve the cake with garnished with fresh sliced strawberries.
