Ingredients

  • 12-16 ounce canned tuna (albacore chunk)
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon, squeezed sub for 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • First, once the cream cheese is room temperature, blend the cream cheese and sour cream together.
  • Then, add in the liquid smoke, lemon juice and the seasonings. Mix everything together well.
  • Next, drain the canned tuna. Fold in the drained tuna into the creamy mix while breaking up any large chunks. Taste for salt.
  • Cover and allow the smoked tuna dip to sit in the refrigerator at least an hour or overnight. This is a great recipe to make ahead of time because the longer the flavors have to come together the better it taste.
  • Serve with chips, veggies or toasted bread.
