First, prep all the ingredients. You do not have to slice the sausage. You can lay the full link on the sheet pan if you'd like. But you do need to slice the onion thick and the potatoes thin.
In a small bowl combine the seasoning together.
Now, in a large bowl add the onions and potatoes. Pour oil on top and then cover with the seasoning. Toss everything together then place on the sheet pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until you can easily pierce the potatoes. This is why I recommend you slice them thin for a faster cook time.
Lastly, allow to cool a bit then serve. The inside of the potatoes will be hot.
