Ingredients
 

  • 1.5-2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • First, prepare the marinade then add in the chicken thighs. Marinate the thighs for at least an hour, up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Now, place the chicken thighs on the sheet pan and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
  • When the chicken thighs are done allow them to cool a bit. Enjoy.
