Ingredients
 

  • 16 ounce breakfast sausage, cooked
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 4 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • First, brown the sausage in a pan.
  • In a bowl, combine the pancake mix with the eggs. Then, fold in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese and syrup. It'll look like there are too many add in's but it's fine, trust me.
  • Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and then spoon the batter into the molds. You'll get 8-9 muffins with the recipe.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, the muffins will have risen at that time and you can remove them from the oven. Allow to cool for a bit then serve.
