Sausage Links In Oven
Raw breakfast sausage links baked directly on a sheet pan at 400°F for about 25 minutes. No flipping needed for an easy, evenly cooked breakfast sausage with browned, caramelized edges.

- 1 package raw pork breakfast sausage links
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the sausage links directly on a sheet pan in a single layer, leaving a little space between each one.
- Bake for about 25 minutes without flipping, until browned and cooked through.
- Check that the pork sausage has reached an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Remove from the oven and allow the sausage links to cool briefly before serving.
Notes
- For frozen sausage links: Bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes total. Frozen links may not brown as deeply because they release more moisture while cooking.
- For the best browning and caramelization, use thawed sausage links.
