Sausage cream cheese crescent rolls are an easy yet simple breakfast recipe for a family. Only 3 ingredients to a flaky, butter crust and a creamy sausage center.
Now, on a line sheet pan, roll out one of the dough sheets and bake for 7 minutes. While it's baking ground the sausage in a skillet. Once the sausage is cooked, add in the cream cheese and mix everything together until combined.
Pull the partial-cooked dough sheet from the oven after 7 minutes. Top with the mixed sausage and cream cheese but leave about 1/2 inch free from the edges.
Unroll the second dough sheet and place on top of the sausage. Press and seal the corners where you left space all the way around the 2 sheets of dough.
Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. The crust should be golden at this point, remove it from the oven.
Lastly, allow to cool for about 15 minutes then cut into portions before serving, enjoy!
