Ingredients

  • 2 pints grape tomatoes, halved
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt if using fine grain do not use the same measurements, lower by half
  • 1 tablespoon coarse pepper if using fine grain do not use the same measurements, lower by half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven to 400℉
  • Next, slice the grape tomatoes inhale and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Avoid mincing the garlic because the smaller the pieces the more likely they will burn.
  • In a bowl, toss the tomatoes and garlic in salt, pepper and oil. Then, lay them all out on a sheet pan. If the sheet pan is large enough be sure to have all the tomato halves facing cut side down.
  • Bake for 20 minutes then serve.
