First, preheat your oven to 400℉
Next, slice the grape tomatoes inhale and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Avoid mincing the garlic because the smaller the pieces the more likely they will burn.
In a bowl, toss the tomatoes and garlic in salt, pepper and oil. Then, lay them all out on a sheet pan. If the sheet pan is large enough be sure to have all the tomato halves facing cut side down.
Bake for 20 minutes then serve.
