Ingredients

  • bundle of asparagus
  • bundle of carrots
  • 2-3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Next, prepare the veggies. You’ll need to cut the bottom, hard portion of the asparagus and prep the carrots by removing the skin and slicing into easier spread pieces.
  • Now, oil the prepped carrots and asparagus then season with salt and pepper. Spread them out on a sheet pan. Quick tip, separate them because the carrots may take a little bit longer to roast.
  • Place in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. At this point, check the veggies. Depending on how thick the carrots are you may want to give them an extra 10-15 minutes.
  • When finished, plate them and serve.
