Ingredients

  • 4 ounce cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 4 ounce cool whip
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  • In a bowl, cream the cream cheese with the pumpkin. Then, add in the brown sugar, vanilla and the spices. Lastly, fold in the cool whip.
  • Place in the fridge covered for a few hours for it to firm up. It could take anywhere between 2-4 hours to firm up some. It'll still be soft but if you try a spoonful before and after you'll notice a very clear difference in the texture.
