A moist pumpkin chocolate chip bread recipe that easy to make. Pumpkin bread with a hint of sweetness filled with fall spices and the touch of rich chocolate chips.
To start, mix the canned pumpkin and the sugars together. Mix in the eggs, vegetable oil and the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, add in the flour, baking soda, pumpkin spice and salt. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a line loaf pan. Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 1 hour up to 1.5 hours. Use a toothpick to test the center and make sure it comes out clean. For more experienced bakes, you can test the doneness in the middle by how the bread springs back when you touch it. The middle is the tricky part and what will take the longest to finish.
Once finished baking, remove from the oven and allow to cool fully before slicing, enjoy.
