In a large pot or dutch oven on medium heat add the leftover pulled pork. Then add in all the other ingredients as well.
Now, give everything a really good mix and cover the pot. Allow the chili to simmer for 15-20 minutes on medium to low.
This is an important step because if you do not allow the crushed tomatoes to cook they will have a metallic taste to them.
Once the pulled pork chili has cooked for 20 minutes or so remove it from the heat. Season to taste wit salt and pepper then serve.
