Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 pounds pulled pork
  • 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
  • 2 15 oz can of chili beans, DO NOT DRAIN
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 15 ounce can of corn, drained & rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes, drained & rinsed

Instructions

  • In a large pot or dutch oven on medium heat add the leftover pulled pork. Then add in all the other ingredients as well.
  • Now, give everything a really good mix and cover the pot. Allow the chili to simmer for 15-20 minutes on medium to low.
  • This is an important step because if you do not allow the crushed tomatoes to cook they will have a metallic taste to them.
  • Once the pulled pork chili has cooked for 20 minutes or so remove it from the heat. Season to taste wit salt and pepper then serve.
