Ingredients
 

  • 2 sticks butter, room temperature (16 TB)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cup all-purpose flour (325g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup potato chips, crushed
  • 2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Begin the recipe by creaming the butter and the sugars together on a high speed for about two minutes. Then, add in the vanilla extract, eggs and egg yolk.
  • In a separate bowl, add in the flour, baking soda and salt. Combine the dry and wet ingredients until the dough is almost formed.
  • Now, add in the potato chips and chocolate chips and fold them into the dough.
  • Scoop the dough and place on a lined sheet pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly browning. Remove and allow them to cool a bit before serving, enjoy.
