Pat dry the chops then add them into a bag then pour in the pesto. Massage everything together. Allow to marinate for at least an hour up to 6 hours.
When done, preheat the oven to 400℉.
Now, in a frying pan add a little oil and sear both sides of the pork chops. Take them straight from the bag into the hot oil. Once seared add them to a sheet pan.
When all the chops are seared, place the sheet pan in the oven and bake until fully cooked. This will vary depending on the thickness of the pork chop, but it can range from 12-20 minutes.
Once chops are cooked through you can top with the extra pesto and serve.
