Ingredients
 

  • 1.5 cup ripe banana, mashed (2-3 bananas)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoon butter, melted ()
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cup all-purpose flour (205g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Mash the bananas in a bowl, then whisk in peanut butter, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla and the egg. In another bowl, toss in the flour, baking soda and salt. Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
  • Next, pour the batter into a lined loaf pan. Place in the oven and bake for 50 minutes or when the banana bread is cooked all the way through.
  • Remove from the oven when done then allow to cool fully before slicing and serving.
