Peach burrata salad is a super simple salad that mixes sweet peaches and cherries with rich burrata cheese then drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Now, slice and drizzle the bread with olive oil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, flipping the toast halfway through.
Slice the peaches and discard the seed. Also, slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Prep the basil by removing it from the stem. Try to avoid slicing it to prevent oxidation. Mix all of these together.
Plate the ingredients then place the burrata cheese right in the center. You can also spread it in pieces around the salad but I like it as a center piece for dipping.
Drizzle the salad with olive oil and the balsamic glaze. Arrange the toast to the side then serve.
