First, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan cheese and the seasoning together for the meatballs. Cover the bowl then allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Next, form the meatballs about the size of golf balls. Then in a frying pan sear the meatballs on a side or two. Do not crowd the pan, cook them in batches.
Lower the heat in the pan to low then add all the parmesan meatballs back into the pan. Pour in the marinara sauce and allow to slowly simmer with the lid on until the meatballs are cooked all the way through.
When the meatballs are cooked through, remove the lid then garnish the top with parmesan cheese before serving.
