Parmesan crusted potatoes takes buttery Yukon gold potatoes and gives them a crispy, addicting garlic parmesan crust. These are perfect as a side dish for any meal or a great party food to serve guest!
Toss sliced potatoes in oil or butter then lightly season with salt and pepper to taste. With this amount of potatoes I measured 1/4 tsp each
In another bowl mix parmsean cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper
Line a baking sheet then sprinkle a little of the parmesan cheese mix all over. Now, lay sliced, seasoned potatoes on top

Helpful Recipe Tips
What kind of potatoes, any potato will work such as a russet but I suggest the Yukon golds.
Fresh parmesan cheese, do not use the Kraft brand because it won't melt properly. You'll either need to grate your own which is easy or buy some that is grated out of the cheese section of a store such as Whole Foods or Sprout's.
