Preheat oven to 425°F
Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch slices or thinner
Toss sliced potatoes in oil or butter then lightly season with salt and pepper to taste. With this amount of potatoes I measured 1/4 tsp each
In another bowl mix parmsean cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper
Line a baking sheet then sprinkle a little of the parmesan cheese mix all over. Now, lay sliced, seasoned potatoes on top
Cover the remaining potatoes with the rest of the parmesan cheese with a very good coating. You can press it down if you'd like. In the photos is an example of the cheese pressed in
Bake for 30 minutes or until tops of potatoes are golden brown. Remove and serve. Depending on how you sliced the potatoes you'll get 2-3 servings out of them, nutrition facts are based off of 3 servings
