Parmesan crusted fish is popular due to how easy it is to make with an amazing flavor of a garlic, crunchy breading on top of your favorite fish from white fish to tilapia.
Combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsely, salt and pour in melted butter. Give a good mix
On a baking sheet line fish and brush with olive oil then sprinkle salt and pepper very lightly. Just enough to season fish
Pat the crust on top of each fish and press in. The crust should stick with ease. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Check at 15 minutes because browning will happen fast.
Note: thickness of fish matters. Most white fish is on the thin side but cod can be thicker and if fish is thick lower heat to 400°F to give fish time to cook through

For gluten free, use gluten free breadcrumbs. It's very simple to do that. The breadcrumbs above are gluten free.
How to make keto friendly, remove breadcrumbs and replace with pork panko if you want a crunchy crust. The crust is only 4g net carbs per fish but if you don't want the extra carbs just skip the breadcrumbs all together. Note, the breadcrumbs are what gives the crunch to the crust.
