Preheat the oven to 350℉.
First, cook and chop the bacon. Also, toss the blueberries in 1/2 teaspoon of pancake mix so they don't sink to the bottom. If that's not important, no problem because that doesn't change the flavor at all.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and gradually add in the butter while whisking. Now, whisk in the vanilla extract and the milk. In a separate bowl mix together the pancake mix and the sugar. Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
Next, fold in the blueberries and the bacon bits. Pour the batter into a baking dish.
Place in the oven for 35-45 minutes, times vary per oven. The pancake casserole is finished once you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean from the center.
Allow to cool a bit then serve with maple syrup.
