Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef 85/15
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • Topping for your burgers

Instructions

  • First in a bowl, add the ground beef and all the seasoning. Mix them to the point where everything is just combined. You do not want to overwork the meat.
  • Now, if short on time move to the next step. But, if possible give the meat about 30 minutes to really absorb all the flavors before baking.
  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Form the patties, you should get at least 4. Then, place them on a baking sheet. You will want to flip them halfway through.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 until your desired temperature. Around 15 minutes the burgers will be medium in temperature.
  • When the burgers are done, place them on a bun and add a slice of cheese if you like. Then, wrap them in aluminum foil and place back in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
  • When they come out the bun will be super soft the cheese will have melted into the bun. This is will give you five guys vibes. Something special about a burger wrapped in foil.
