Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Now, set up a flouring, breading and egg wash station on the counter using the ingredients listed for each.
Lightly season the pork chops with salt and pepper then dip into the flour, egg wash then into the breading. In that order.
In a frying pan on medium high heat with shallow oil, fry the pork chops just until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. The inside will still be raw.
Place the seared pork chops on a baking pan with a rack or place directly on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or your desired doneness.
Lastly, remove the fully cooked chops and allow them to cool before serving.
