Ingredients
 

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil

Dry station

  • 3/4 cup seasoned Japanese breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Wet station

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk or hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉.
  • Now, set up a flouring, breading and egg wash station on the counter using the ingredients listed for each.
  • Lightly season the pork chops with salt and pepper then dip into the flour, egg wash then into the breading. In that order.
  • In a frying pan on medium high heat with shallow oil, fry the pork chops just until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. The inside will still be raw.
  • Place the seared pork chops on a baking pan with a rack or place directly on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or your desired doneness.
  • Lastly, remove the fully cooked chops and allow them to cool before serving.
