Milk chocolate chip fat bombs are a keto snack for sure! A fat bomb is a awesome way to add extra fat in. But with these you can do it sugar free and super tasty!
2teaspoonCocoa powder(Regular. Dutch cocoa will create a darker flavor but can be subbed)
1/4teaspoonVanilla extract
1/4cupPowdered sweetener
1/2teaspoonLiquid monk fruit(or liquid stevia)
1/4cupsugar free chocolate chips(I used Lily's milk chocolate)
Instructions
Bring butter and cream cheese to room temperature
combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and blend with a hand or stand mixer
Once all is mixed well top of with chocolate chips
You can scoop them out individually or eat it straight out the bowl as I did. Can make 16 fat bombs at 1 TB a piece
