Ingredients
 

  • 3 medium lemon, squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • First, slice and squeeze the lemons into a bowl or jar. It doesn't have to be perfect but you want around 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
  • Add in the honey, dijon mustard, oil and give everything a good mix.
  • Lastly, add salt and black pepper to taste. I provided starting measurements but adjust as you go.
  • Will yield around 3/4-1 cup of dressing.
