It's best to use a hard salami and slice it yourself for chunk pieces. Slice and chop the salami and set the side.
Next, grab a can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drain and rinse them.
Then, inside the bowl with the washed lettuce add in the chickpeas, salami and shredded mozzarella cheese. Now, pour over the dressing and toss the salad until everything is covered.
Now, salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
