Keto sugar cookies are a twist to a holiday favorite at 1g net carbs per cookie. These almond flour cookies have a buttery, crunchy texture with sugar free sprinkles. They're easy to make and done in 20 minutes or less from the oven!
1tablespooncake batter flavor(sub for butter flavor)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and melt butter to set aside to cool
Quick Tip: Add almond flour, coconut flour and sweetener into a mixing bowl. Pour 1 TB of flavoring over and mix in until all the dry ingredient turn the yellow cooler of the cake batter extract. See notes below for alternative.
Combine dry and wet ingredients then fold in sprinkles
Using cookie scoop, scoop each cookie and place onto baking sheet. Then lightly flatten to help them spread better. They will spread some without flattening though.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes checking the cookies for doneness

Helpful Recipe Tips
Flavoring, I suggest using cake batter or butter flavor for making these cookies. They amp up the flavor because almond flour is very bland on its own. This will give you the best cookie possible.
Sprinkles, I am not against using regular sprinkles but there are keto sprinkles to buy. I was lucky enough to have a test product sent to me via a wholesale company when I created my birthday cake bites with ChipMonk baking.
Work flavors together either by mixing the flavor in the dry ingredients or making the dough and allowing it to sit for an hour or more.
