Preheat oven to 325ºF or if you don't have that setting go down to 300ºF
combine dry ingredients of almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder and salt
mix wet ingredients eggs, melted butter, liquid stevia, maple extract and sugar free maple syrup
combine both and after add in 1/4 cup of chopped pecans. You can even add pecans as a crust along the top
divide in 7 muffin cups and bake for about 20 minutes or until done. Can be tested by sticking a toothpick through center. If toothpick comes out clean muffins are done.

Are pecan keto friendly?
