Helpful Recipe Tips
Line loaf pan with parchment paper, this is not a recipe that is an easy release. You'll have to line the pan to be able to remove it.
Natural peanut butter, the less oily the peanut butter the better the recipe will set.
Powdered sweetener, not using powdered sweetener with result in a crunchy fudge. Using erythritol which I do recommend may result in this anyway even if the sweetener is powdered. I experienced this from my no bake cookies. I made a batch with allulose and Lakanto. The Lakanto which has erythritol was crunchy. Yet, the batch with allulose was smooth.
