Keto egg salad is one of the best recipes to ever make on a low carb diet. Eggs are a known superfood packed with nutrition. Helpful Recipe Tips
A tip for boiling eggs. I allow the water to boil first and regardless of how many eggs you use I always cook 10 minutes. No longer or shorter! I then immediately put the eggs in cool water for 5 minutes then peel. They'll be so easy to peel and come out whole. The egg yolks sometimes are on the medium well side but that's not an issue at all.
I suggest avocado oil mayo only. Avoid a mayo made with soybean, canola or vegetable oil.
Add in bacon for extra flavor. I feel nothing is more keto than a little bacon in your meal.
