A keto cheeseburger casserole is perfect without the bun and you still get the classic cheeseburger flavor with bacon, mayo, ketchup and tons of cheese. This is a great low carb option for dinner all the family and friends can enjoy together!
Dice onion and drain the can of tomatoes. Cut up bacon and fry in a pan. Remove from left over fat and set aside
In a large pot on medium high heat add in diced onion, minced garlic and ground beef. Cook until brown.
Then add in drained tomatoes and cream cheese. Turn the heat off now the residual heat should be enough to melt the cream cheese. Add in the mayo, ketchup, salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Taste for saltiness if you want to add more.
Add everything in the pot into the casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bacon then bake for 20 minutes. Remove allow to cool a bit then serve.

What to eat with keto cheeseburger casserole?Personally, I ate it alone with pickles but some keto friendly bread, maybe even a soup but all work great. I highly recommend my keto fries with ketchup. This recipe is to be pan fried not in the air fryer. I have zucchini fries for the air fryer!
Make it your own, if you love mushrooms, more tomatoes, different cheese on your cheeseburger go for it.
