Ingredients

  • 5 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Topping

  • 1/4 cup plain Japanese breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon Italian dressing

Instructions

  • To start, pat the pork chops dry and then add them and the marinade into a plastic bag. Massage the marinade around the pork chops. Allow them to marinade for 4 hours overnight.
  • When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Mix the ingredients for the crispy topping. Then, remove the pork chops from the marinade and place on a sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle the topping across the pork chops and do not press it down. Those little uneven peaks turn super crunchy in the oven.
  • Cook the pork chops for 25 minutes and keep an eye on the crust. When it’s golden brown remove them from the oven then check the pork chops for doneness. See my tips above if the pork chops are thick.
  • Allow it to cool a bit then serve.
