Ingredients
 

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, pat the pork chops dry then season them with salt and pepper to taste. In a frying pan, sear and cook the pork chops until fully cooked or preferred internal temperature.
  • While the pork chops are cooking, in a small bowl whisk together the ingredients for the glaze.
  • When the pork chops are close to being finished turn the heat down to medium or medium-low and pour in the honey mustard glaze.
  • Allow the sauce to bubble and baste the pork chops in the sauce and they slowly finish cooking on the reduced heat.
  • Once they are done, allow to cool a bit then serve.
