First, pat the pork chops dry then season them with salt and pepper to taste. In a frying pan, sear and cook the pork chops until fully cooked or preferred internal temperature.
While the pork chops are cooking, in a small bowl whisk together the ingredients for the glaze.
When the pork chops are close to being finished turn the heat down to medium or medium-low and pour in the honey mustard glaze.
Allow the sauce to bubble and baste the pork chops in the sauce and they slowly finish cooking on the reduced heat.
Once they are done, allow to cool a bit then serve.
