First, you'll need to brown the ground beef. Add salt and pepper to the ground beef. Right before the ground beef is finished cooking add the onions in so they can soften a little before going in the oven.
At the same time cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Be sure to salt the pasta water.
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Now, while those are cooking, make the sauce by combining the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cream of mushroom. You may need to add salt to taste at the end for personal taste. But, I suggest waiting until the casserole has cooked.
When the noodles have finished in a 16x9 baking dish add the noodles, browned ground beef and then pour in the sauce.
Mix everything together until even. Top with cheddar cheese then place in the preheated oven.
Bake the casserole for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Lastly, allow the casserole to cool before serving.
