First, leave the frozen peas and carrots out so that they can thaw. Or just place them in fridge overnight. Then place the potatoes in boiling water and cook until soft, about 20-30 minutes.
Now, prep all the ingredients before starting the recipe. Preheat oven to 400℉.
In a pot, cook and brown the turkey then remove it from the pan.
Then, add in the onions and garlic and cook them until soft and fragrant.
Make a little room in the pot and add in the tomato paste. Cook with the onions and garlic for about 15 seconds.
