First, dice the onion and mince the garlic.
Now, in a pot or sauce pan, brown the ground turkey. Once the turkey is finished remove it from the pan.
Next, add in the diced onion and the minced garlic. Lightly season with salt and pepper then cook all these ingredients until fragrant and onions are softened.
Add back in the ground turkey. Then, add in the crushed tomatoes.
Next , add in the Italian seasoning and the balsamic vinegar. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on a medium low heat.
While the sauce is cooking prepare the pasta noodles according to the package instructions.
After the 15 minutes, turn the heat from the sauce. Add in the heavy cream then carefully taste for salt and pepper. Carefully, the sauce will be hot.
When ready to serve mix the noodles with the sauce then finish off with a garnishing of parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
