1/2shallot, minced(sub with 1/4 medium sized yellow onion)
1/4cupparsley, chopped
1/4cupchives, chopped
1/4cupbasil, chopped
1lemon, juiced & zested
1tablespoonred wine vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
First, combine the mayo and sour cream. Next, add in the avocado and with an emulsion blender, blend everything together. It doesn't have to be perfect because you'll blend later.
Next, add lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped green onion, minced shallot, chopped parsley, chives and basil. Then, add in the red wine vinegar and the salt and pepper measurements.
Now, blend the green goddess dip with everything together until smooth. Taste for seasoning, you may want more salt or pepper.
Serve with chips or veggies.
