Ingredients
 

  • 3/4 cup sour cream (sub with greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 3 bulbs green onion (white part only), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 shallot, minced (sub with 1/4 medium sized yellow onion)
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced & zested
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, combine the mayo and sour cream. Next, add in the avocado and with an emulsion blender, blend everything together. It doesn't have to be perfect because you'll blend later.
  • Next, add lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped green onion, minced shallot, chopped parsley, chives and basil. Then, add in the red wine vinegar and the salt and pepper measurements.
  • Now, blend the green goddess dip with everything together until smooth. Taste for seasoning, you may want more salt or pepper.
  • Serve with chips or veggies.
